Sarah Tosdevin

Sarah has years of experience assisting buy to let property investors and previously worked in a busy property management environment, where she met Rob. What Sarah enjoys the most about property management is building working relationships with landlords and tenants alike, as it is so important to have trust and confidence in an industry so important as housing.

The other string to Sarah’s bow is speech and drama coaching, working with both children and adults to help them with exams, auditions and stage productions.
Rob Tootill MARLA

Rob has worked in lettings and property management since 2004, following previous experience in the financial sector, and brings with him a healthy knowledge of purchasing, refurbishment, finding of tenants, and ongoing management.
ARLA and DASH accredited, and a landlord himself since 2005, Rob is married with two daughters, and enjoys swimming, skiing, cycling, and a variety of other sports, although mostly watching from the sidelines these days!
